Effective Wednesday July 22nd all Northern Kentucky CAC locations will be closed for 14 days in an effort to minimize the spread of COVID-19 and to protect our employees and the families we serve. During this time our neighborhood centers will continue to serve our clients virtually. We will reopen on Wednesday August 5th.

Currently we are accepting applications for the Spring Subsidy Phase of LIHEAP. The Spring Subsidy component operates on a first come, first serve basis and will be in operation until June 30th 2020 or until funds have been exhausted.

Applicant’s household income must be at or below 150 percent of the federal poverty guidelines. For the Subsidy Component of LIHEAP, residents can apply regardless of the status of their utility bills.

Failure to submit all required documentation will delay your assistance. We require below documents:

  • Proof of all household member's income from previous month (Social Security, SSI, Railroad Retirement, VA Pension can ONLY be verified from Award/ Benefit Letter issued by Social Security Administration)
  • Social Security cards of everyone in household
  • Current electric bill
  • Current bill or invoice with account number for bulk fuel (Propane/ fuel oil, Wood)
  • Social Security Cards for Everyone in the home
